this once and I make it all the time now. SO good! You must try it. I've used pita bread for the crust as well, and even used it as a bruschetta- like topping without baking it. It's a great apetizer or meal. Can't say enough good about it. Thanks Denise!

I like it best with the Jenni recommended Naan bread...tasty!
