Bread Pudding

Kathryn requested a bread pudding recipe. I love this one that Judy Tyler made. I just serve it with homeade caramel sauce instead of the cinnamon rum sauce. I also love this pumpkin one and I omit the raisins and substitute chocolate chips...much better. Speaking of Judy, one of the best cooks in the world...she made this pumpkin soup once and I love it, lots of interesting flavors, really good with hot, crusty bread on a cool fall day. I make it every year. Deee-lish. I will be posting more pumpkin recipes soon.

I'm so happy to have these recipes. Judy made the pumpkin soup for Liza's reception 4 years ago. Then I made it the next year for another wedding. Huge hit.

I LOVE bread pudding. I can offer my vote for the chocolate chip one.

Keep the pumpkin recipes coming!

I don't mean to bug, Jenni, but you mention a homemade carmel sauce. I make a really fantastic one from Martha, but I'd definitely be up for trying something new. What do you do?

THANK you so much. I will definitely be making these soon. Bread pudding is super yum!

Thanks for listening and responding to all our requests!

Next request: When are you coming to visit???? Do you have plans for Thanksgiving to come?

Next time anyone comes to Park City Utah, you must have bread pudding at Cafe Terigo's with cinnamon icecream atop. Lovely! :)

And Charity says she wants to make Aunt Jenni's recipe asap!
